The color looks great! I didn't even realize this was pokemon, until I saw Volpix (I think that's his name).

Perhaps it would have been nice to see Volpix to be brighter in color, but it was a nice surprise to find him in the picture.

The tiger looking creature (I forgot his name) looks formidable and fierceful. I'm not sure what it is, but I think it's all that hair.

Compositionally, the piece is remarkable. I can sure feel that depth and volume within the entire piece.

Your coloring blending makes the drawing feel so much softer and peaceful and that's quite fitting for this captured moment.

Well done.

I've seen your gallery and I came with high expectations. I was not disappointed.

Your technique is excellent. The fluidity of the flowing hair, the varying tones of the shadowing against the broad strokes of the subtle background. The fine dark lines emphasized the pale of the mane, hinting at its fineness.

I like how you composed; how you lead my eyes from the pale nose (of the large beast) up to the little creature sleeping between its ears, and down around the rest of its body. I did not notice the little creature at first glance. It was like an Easter Egg. A pleasant surprise. Skilfully executed.

Although I am not familiar with the the theme of the 2 characters but given how fierce the large creature looks, I expect it is a ferocious fighter. This very tender moment of gentle slumber retained my attention.

The black background bothers me. I thought I imagined some abstract patches and I strained to see it. I actually lighten my monitor.

I also have a suggestion about the shadows around the base of the hind quarters: the body and the back paws. If the light is at the 3 o'clock position, there should be a little more shadow on the floor.

Great composition, wonderful subject. I want to see more, to find out more about this pair. Which is what makes this picture work.

Peaceful and gorgeous artwork. I also very much admire your use of color.

This picture makes me feel nostalgic for my copy of Pokemon Blue and my Gameboy Pocket...
