This is Ginger, 
's palomino mare imagined as a war pony. She is the mascot and model for 's horse jewelery store at www.facebook.com/MyBuddyBling . I absolutely love drawing horses and I enjoyed playing with the colors on this one. Thank you for commissioning me dear!

Overall Vision
Originality Technique ImpactFantastic use of color, complimentary with a nice easing backdrop.
Great work on the pony's mane, I love how you blended these colors together for that effect.
Brushwork is very detailed with nice expressions, using brushstroke direction to express a sense of movement.
Great use of shape with some nice negative space in the mane.
Really nice hi lights with great color choice that puts the subject in the scene.
The focal point is very clear. The viewers eye is drawn from the body along the neck straight to the head which has the darkest parts in value.
Overall very clear art with great impact, very well done.
